Forklift Seat Belts - Explained in the Regulation guidelines are the application of seatbelts and operator restraints on forklifts. Rough Terrain forklifts must meet the regulations of ANSI Standard ASME B56.6-1992 in regards to their inspection, fabrication, use, design and maintenance.

If whichever mobile machinery includes seat belts required by law, the driver and subsequent passengers need to make sure they utilize the belts each time the motor vehicle is in motion or engaged in operation for the reason that this could cause the machine to become unstable and hence, not safe.
